Past Events - 2009 - 40th Instrumental Festival

The 40th Wollongong Schools' Music Festival was held on Thursday 29th October at Anita's Theatre.

The talents and skills on display from across the Illawarra were a delight to behold, and when it came to our students turn to perform - things got even better.

Under the instruction of Maija Upenieks, the combined recorder group from Austinmer, Thirroul, Waniora and Wollongong Public School were wonderful. Our thanks to Maija and all of the parents who support her work to create for the students such an exciting and wonderful experience.
