Past Events - 2006 - Glengarry Excursion Stage 2

On Monday, 25th September the students from Stage 2 went on an excursion to Glengarry cottage as part of their HSIE topic “My Environmental Footprint.”

We made paper from recycled materials, which included old magazines and newspapers, we looked at compost and went on a tour around the centre and had a talk about recycling.

“It was a great day and I really enjoyed it,” said Ella Robinson.

We all learnt a great deal about helping the environment. I liked it very much. It was a fun day.
